A.R.I.S.E Reader
A.R.I.S.E. Reader is an engaging literacy program within the A.R.I.S.E. Student Club designed to foster a love of reading and improve reading comprehension. Students choose books that match their interests and reading levels, then complete multiple-choice quizzes to demonstrate understanding. As they earn points and achieve reading goals, students can compete with peers for incentives such as certificates, recognition, prizes, and class pizza parties. Similar to traditional Accelerated Reader (AR) programs, A.R.I.S.E. Reader motivates students to read more frequently while building confidence, comprehension, and a lifelong appreciation for reading.
Mission
A.R.I.S.E. Reader Certificates Students earn certificates as they reach reading milestones by reading books, passing comprehension quizzes, and meeting individualized reading goals. Certificates recognize student achievement, encourage continued reading, and celebrate academic growth throughout the year.
